I’m here to inspire, encourage and motivate women 40+ to embrace change, prioritize wellness, rediscover their confidence, glow with style and beauty, build meaningful connections and rediscover their purpose and power. Midlife is not a crisis-it’s your greatest opportunity for reinvention. As a certified Life Coach, content creator, and midlife women’s accountability coach, I know firsthand what it means to transform your life from the inside out. Over the past three years, I’ve lost over 145 pounds (with more to go!), paid off $32,000 in debt as a single mom, and rediscovered my confidence, style, and purpose. Now, I’m on a mission to empower women 40 and beyond to awaken their potential, prioritize wellness, achieve lasting weight loss, and thrive in every area of life-from beauty and style to career, finances, and relationships.

My approach is different because I’m walking this path with you. I offer real-world strategies, daily accountability, and unwavering support-because I believe every woman deserves to feel amazing, no matter her age or starting point.
